What TukangMan Is
TukangMan.com is an introduction service. It lets you choose a service and a contractor, then opens WhatsApp so you can send your request. TukangMan is not a contractor and is not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
Agreements With Contractors
Scope, price, schedule, warranty and payment are agreed directly between you and the contractor. TukangMan does not take payment for the work and does not guarantee quotations, workmanship, licences or availability.
Your Responsibility
- Check a contractor's experience, references and, where relevant, registration (for example CIDB) before you hire.
- Get the quotation and agreed scope in writing.
- Give accurate information in your request.
Contractors
Contractors are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own work, licences, insurance and the accuracy of the details they supply. We may remove a listing at any time.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the site, send false or abusive requests, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by Malaysian law, TukangMan is not liable for loss arising from work done by, or dealings with, any contractor found through the site.
Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
