Choose a Service
Search the service list in the app. There are more than one hundred, from plumbing and wiring to waterproofing and pest control. Tap the one you need.

Choose a Contractor
The app shows contractors who offer that service. Switch between Klang Valley and Ipoh, search by name and tap the contractor you want.

Send Your Request
Tell the contractor your area, property type, work area and whether there is a lift, and add notes. Press Request Quotation and WhatsApp opens with the message ready to send.
Have Ready Before You Start
- Your area, for example Bangsar or Ipoh Garden
- The property type, such as condominium or terrace house
- Where the work is, for example kitchen or bathroom
- Whether there is a lift
- Photos and sizes if you have them, to send after the first message
After You Press Send
- The contractor replies to you on WhatsApp
- Agree the scope, price and schedule directly with them
- Ask for the quotation in writing and compare more than one

How long does it take to send a request?
About two minutes. Choose a service, choose a contractor, answer a few short questions about your property and press send in WhatsApp.
What happens after I send the request?
The contractor receives your message on WhatsApp and replies to you directly. Agree the scope, price and schedule with the contractor and ask for it in writing.
Can I contact more than one contractor?
Yes. Send the same details to two or three contractors and compare what each quotation includes.
What if WhatsApp does not open?
The app shows a link you can tap to open the message in WhatsApp. You can also copy the details and send them yourself.
